With respect to Structured Finance, our attorneys has represented large US insurance companies acting as financial guarantors of debt instruments issued by special purpose vehicles (“SPVs”) established to finance the construction of airports and highways in Portugal, Chile, Argentina and the Dominican Republic, as well as foreign and domestic companies is synthetic lease financings.
