| Before joining our firm, Michael P. Buck practiced corporate, securities and general commercial law at Snow Becker Krauss, P.C. and Kelly Drye & Warren, LLP. He has a diverse corporate, securities and business background and has represented a broad range of clients from individual entrepreneurs to large publicly-held companies. Mr. Buck has been and involved in the raising of more than one billion dollars representing issuers, underwriters, placement agents and investors in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. He has also represented clients in mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, structured financings, joint ventures and employment law matters and advised public companies on all aspects of SEC reporting obligations, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, annual reports, proxy statements, and Sections 16 and 13(d) filings. Mr. Buck is also general counsel to a listed company which is a leader in the restaurant industry. Mr. Buck has significant international experience, participating in legal and business transactions involving the U.K., Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Canada, Saudi Arabia, China, Japan and Singapore. |
