| Scott Stone is
a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to
practice before the United States District Courts for
the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr.
Stone has ten years of experience in commercial and
real estate litigation, including domestic and cross-border
debt collection matters. Over the course of his career,
Mr. Stone has also acquired extensive experience representing
both landlords and tenants for all types of commercial
properties including commercial office buildings, airports,
shopping centers and residential real estate. |

| Mr. Stone is a graduate of
the Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 1994). Prior to obtaining
his JD, Mr. Stone received a Bachelor of Business Administration
from the University of Michigan Business School (BBA
1992) where he concentrated in Accounting. |
