| Before becoming
a partner of Cinotti & Buck LLP's Italian affiliated
office, Vittorio Barbera has practiced law in Sydney
(Australia) with the law firm of Dexter Healey; in New
York (USA) with the law firms of White & Case and
of Debevoise & Plimpton and in Rome (Italy) with
the law firm of Pavia & Ansaldo. Mr. Barbera has
an extensive experience in the fields of corporate law
and commercial litigation. His experience in corporate
law includes: general Corporate Governance, domestic
and international M&A, Banking & Finance, Real
Estate, Private Equity, Intellectual Property. Mr. Barbera
has also assisted and represented clients in complex
litigation matters such as estate, breach of contract,
bankruptcy, securities, intellectual properties, and
foreclosure proceedings. Mr. Barbera assists clients
in the following industries: Banking, Securities, Insurance,
Pharmaceutical, Construction, Clothing, Real Estate,

Mr. Barbera has received
his legal education both in Italy and the United States.
He graduated from the University of Rome, Italy, La
Sapienza, where he received a J.D. in 1992, and from
Cornell Law School where he received a Master of Laws,
LL.M., in 1999.
